Abstract
唇腭裂是常见的先天性疾病,在我国发病率为1.82‰[1].根据发生的原因,一般将唇腭裂分为两大类:综合征型唇腭裂(syndromic cleft lip and/orpalate,SCL/P)和非综合征型唇腭裂(nonsyndromic cleft lip and/or palate,NSCL/P);其中综合征型唇腭裂约占30％[2],为单基因疾病;非综合征型唇腭裂又分为单纯唇裂、单纯腭裂和唇腭裂3类,其发病多认为是由多基因控制并与环境因素相关.现就非综合征型唇腭裂病因学的研究进展进行综述.
