Abstract
缓释制剂表征及体外释放度有利于考察制剂的临床有效性及潜在的毒性,是制剂早期开发与质量控制的必要手段.本文就当前开发的缓释制剂表征及体外释放度检测技术作一综述,主要包括常规释放度检测技术、加速溶出释放度检测技术、取样直接检测技术、原位检测技术、模拟体内条件检测等体外释放度检测技术、影像及非影像表征技术、数学建模技术,并探讨了其优缺点.
