多黏菌素B发酵培养基的优化

Abstract
本研究在摇瓶水平上优化了多黏芽孢杆菌(Bacillus polymyxa)的发酵培养基,以提高多黏菌素B的产量.采用单因素试验法和响应面法优化发酵培养基配方,并在7L发酵罐中进行验证.优化后的发酵培养基配方为全麦粉6.7%、玉米浆粉0.3%、葡萄糖0.5%、硫酸铵0.9%、磷酸二氢钾0.03%和碳酸钙0.03%.此条件下,多黏菌素B的摇瓶发酵产量为0.95 g/L,较优化前提高120.9%,7L发酵罐中的产量为1.06 g/L.
