Abstract
目的探讨食管裂孔疝误诊的原因.方法回顾分析36例食管裂孔疝患者的临床资料.结果 36例中经内科治疗26例症状明显好转,8例部分症状缓解,2例手术治疗,术后1例症状明显改善,1例术后6个月复发.结论食管裂孔疝误诊原因主要为临床症状表现不典型,缺乏特异性.
