Abstract
病例 老年女性,66岁,主因“黑便4个月,头昏、乏力3个月,加重半月”入院.病程中以黑便为主,最多约2～3次/d,约50～100 g/次,大便或呈糊状不适,余无其他伴随症状.期间辗转多家三甲医院,反复行胃镜、肠镜及腹部CT等检查未发现出血灶,予以对症治疗,仍症状反复,为求进一步诊治来院.既往8年前发现高血压,血压控制可;5个月前因阵发性房颤服用华法林.
