膀胱癌局部灌注化疗合并射频热疗的护理

Abstract
膀胱癌切除后复发或不能手术切除者,传统的局部放化疗疗效较差.采用射频热疗合并局部灌注化疗有助于提高膀胱癌的疗效,肿瘤消退率可达82.1%～84.5%[1].我科自2000年8月至2002年12月对17例膀胱癌患者进行局部灌注化疗药加射频热疗,有效率82.4%.现将方法及护理体会报道如下.
