Abstract
目的:探讨肝脏炎性假瘤(IPL)的诊断及治疗方法.方法:分析本院2015年6月-2015年9月经病理证实的3例肝脏炎性假瘤患者.结果:3例均行腹腔镜下肝叶部分切除术,效果均满意.结论:肝脏炎性假瘤较少见,病因不明,临床表现不典型,容易被误诊,综合临床表现、实验室及影像学检查有助于提高确诊率,确诊后强调尽早手术.
