Abstract
目的:研究分析高血压(EP)患者24h动态血压的变化规律.方法:对192例患者进行24h动态血压监测(ABPM).结果:192例中有44例血压在正常范围,为白大衣高血压,82例为勺型高血压,66例为非勺型高血压.结论:24h动态血压可准确诊断高血压,且能更好的评价降压药物的疗效,指导合理降压治疗.
