Abstract
目的 探讨长程视频脑电图(VEEG)在癫痫诊断中的临床应用分析.方法 对临床疑似癫痫的472例患者进行常规脑电图(REEG)以及长程视频脑电图(VEEG)监测,比较其临床诊断结果.结果 472例患者采用VEEG诊断棘波检出率为83.1%(392/472),REEG棘波检出率为20.3%(96/472),差异明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义.结论 癫痫诊断使用长程VEEG的临床价值相比于REEG显著较明显,准确定位癫痫部位,为临床手术治疗提供有效的诊断依据.
