为积极响应党中央建设“海绵城市”的要求,概述了“海绵城市”的内涵,基本特征以及建设思路.并以当下成都市“海绵城市”建设发展现状为基础,论述了城市水主题公园与“海绵城市”建设相结合的可能性,就成都活水公园为例,详细说明了城市水主题公园海绵化改造思路与具体做法,为已建成的城市水主题公园在“海绵城市”建设中的更新改造提出对应策略.
