Abstract
为全面了解和掌握近年来草原禁牧封育现状,切实找准症结、分类指导、精准施策,努力开创草原地区生态改善、生产发展、农牧民富裕的良好局面.笔者于2017年上半年开始,利用3个月的时间,采取查看资料,走访调查等形式,对位于河西走廊中部,具有代表性的平山湖蒙古族乡封育禁牧情况进行了专题调研,根据调查结论并提出发展思路.
