Abstract
为了初步观察污染益生菌发酵的蜡样芽孢杆菌的杀菌效果,通过过氧乙酸、紫外线及高温等方法进行理化杀菌试验.结果显示污染发酵工艺的耐热菌为蜡样芽孢杆菌,7％过氧乙酸处理120 min、紫外线照射120 min和110℃湿热灭菌10 min时的杀菌效果较好.
