5-氨基乙酰丙酸对熊猫豆光合特性及繁种量的影响

Abstract
以熊猫豆为试验材料,通过叶面喷施不同浓度的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA),探讨其对熊猫豆光合特性和繁种量的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,喷施ALA使熊猫豆株高增加4.38%~8.87%,茎粗增加0.37%~0.93%,叶绿素含量增加2.38%~11.06%,光合速率增加1.06%~9.70%,繁种量增加8.24%~17.39%;其中喷施1500倍液ALA效果最佳,使株高增加8.87%,茎粗增加0.93%,叶绿素含量增加11.06%,光合速率增加9.70%,繁种量增加17.39%.建议在熊猫豆生产上喷施1500倍ALA,以达到增产增效的目的.
