基于IFS法评估柑橘中农药残留的风险

Abstract
通过对抽自四川省119个柑橘样品55项农药残留进行分析.结果 发现:共检出25种农药残留,检出率为53.8%.其中,丙溴磷超标率为4.20%,水胺硫磷、甲基异柳磷和三唑磷超标率均为0.84%;从食品安全指数(IFS)来看,柑橘农药残留的IFS均小于1,IFS为0.033,其安全状态在可接受范围之内;从危害物风险系数(R)来看,丙溴磷为高度风险,水胺硫磷、甲基异柳磷和三唑磷为中度风险,其余均为低度风险.
