铝合金三角板热锻模具设计及工艺分析

Abstract
对铝合金三角板进行热锻工艺性分析,设计了热锻工序件和模具,采用数值模拟分析模具和工艺设计的合理性.模拟结果表明:对于薄壁铝合金锻件而言,温度过低,会使成形载荷剧增且导致锻件表面开裂;温度过高,会导致锻件性能下降;合适的锻造温度为450~480℃.此外,当预锻和终锻飞边厚度分别设置为2 mm和1 mm时,能够兼顾成形载荷和切边变形等主要工艺的质量.
