Abstract
库车地区D气田为异常高压砂岩气藏,钻井易漏,钻井安全风险非常大.应用钻井、录井、地质、测井、压裂等资料,论证储层纵向裂缝发育特征、钻井液漏失规律及成因,结合储量动用优化了完钻井深.结果显示,以库一段为界,上部储层自上而下钻井液漏失量降低,下部储层自上而下钻井液漏失量增大.原因在于库二段底界附近钻井液液柱压力已达到了地层破裂压力,产生了人工裂缝,致使钻井液漏失严重;目的层段上部天然裂缝更发育,是上部储层段钻井液漏失量较大的诱因.由于断层错开隔层使储层对接,以及裂缝的沟通作用,不钻穿库三段时,其储量也可以动用.以既能动用钻开层以下气层,又减小钻井液漏失和保障安全为原则,将完钻井深提前至库二段底界,节约了费用,降低了钻井安全风险.
