熔池特性对转炉熔渣流场的影响

Abstract
采用流场数值模拟软件模拟了转炉熔渣溅渣护炉气化脱磷过程,探究了熔池深度和熔渣粘度对熔池流动的影响.结果 表明,熔池深度越深,越有利于湍动能转换率的提高和熔池内的混匀,优化流场.死区占比随熔渣粘度的增高而增大,所以相应在高粘度深熔池中,需要增加喷吹时间才能使熔池达到稳定、均匀的效果.
