Abstract
本文针对出现裂纹的两个螺母进行宏观观察、断口宏微观分析、能谱分析、金相观察、硬度分析,确定了螺母的断裂原因.结果表明螺母裂纹性质为应力腐蚀,通过降低材料表面硬度,来减小应力腐蚀敏感性.同时,对入厂螺母表面的残余应力情况进行抽检,并关注该类螺栓等紧固件的表面防护状态.
