Abstract
本文将快速气相色谱技术与垂直引入反射式飞行时间质谱技术结合,研制了一种新型化在线式快速气相色谱飞行时间质谱联用仪.此仪器由色谱分离模块、色质接口及小型化飞行时间质谱模块构成.其中,快速气相色谱系统可实现自动连续采样和分离;质谱部分采用双极真空系统,其体积只有25cm×1 3cm×20cm.采用标准样品C1-C8烷烃、苯、甲苯、环己烷和甲基环己烷对该仪器进行测试,结果表明,整体分析周期小于100s,最低检测限可达1 ppm,仪器的动态范围达3个数量级,适用于环境监测、过程监测和石油勘探等领域的在线检测.
