Abstract
采用5种离子交换树脂分离钒渣浸出液中钒与铬,对比了其吸附选择性、吸附量和吸附速率,考察了pH值、接触时间、温度、初始浓度等因素对钒铬分离的影响.结果表明,SQ-20A树脂对钒具有较强的吸附作用,对铬的吸附作用较弱,在pH=9.0、温度298 K的条件下,钒铬分离系数达最大值215.23.钒在SQ-20A树脂上的吸附为吸热过程,符合Freundlich和Langmuir方程,反应级数为拟二级,吸附过程的控制步骤为颗粒扩散过程.
