针对某公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置再生器出现的旋分器人口密度上升、床层上移、三旋废剂量上升、平衡剂及脱硫脱销过滤箱颜色发红等现象进行分析.通过分析进料性质和平衡剂性质,判断催化剂铁中毒.通过提高新鲜剂加注量及降低原料中铁含量等措施,改善产品分布.
