本文以生藤黄为原料,通过溶剂回流-大孔树脂吸附粗提-纯化提取工艺(乙酸乙酯液料比9:1,75℃回流4.5h;pH值为10 NH3·H2O上柱梯度极性洗脱)制备藤黄酸晶体,产率为27.78％,纯度约为91.67％;采用紫外吸收分光光度法进行含量测定,并使用逆相高效液相色谱、红外光谱鉴定了产物的性质.
