460 MPa级高强度低屈强比钢的研制

Abstract
结合钢板力学性能指标,利用Nb、V、Ti等元素微合金化,配合合理的控轧控冷工艺,开发了高强度、低屈强比Q460GJC钢.对其工业性试制钢板开展了拉伸、冲击、组织结构检验及焊接性能试验.结果表明:研制的钢种强度高、屈强比低、冲击性能优异,具有优良的综合性能,满足高层建筑用钢技术要求.
