三河闸为淮河第一大闸,闸身较长,闸孔众多,大流量行洪时调度时间较长.为提高三河闸闸门控制系统的准确性、及时性和稳定性,需采用先进技术手段对现有控制系统进行升级改造.为节约三河闸水电站运行的人力、物力成本,需将水电站自动控制装置接入三河闸控制中心,实现两座水电站的一体化控制.
