对大豆油、不同熔点棕榈油和四种调和油配方进行脂肪酸组成分析与比较,结果表明:调和油三类脂肪酸总含量比大豆油或棕榈油更接近1∶1∶1营养均衡需求,调和油2的ω-3∶ω-6最接近1∶6人体最佳健康比例。
