Abstract
为分析近年来哈尔滨市极端降水频发的原因,以哈尔滨气象站1951～2014年共64年的日降水资料为基础,选取世界气象组织推荐的10个极端降水指标,分析哈尔滨极端降水事件变化特征的趋势和周期性,采用Mann-Kendall法检测10个指标的倾向率及显著性,采用小波分析方法检验极端降水指标的周期性.结果表明,多种极端气象指标的多尺度周期叠加效应是近年哈尔滨市极端降水事件频发的主要原因.研究成果可为相关部门应对洪旱自然灾害提供参考.
