摘要
This study aims to examine what factors influenced students to accept the development of a new course titled "Coffee, Fair Trade, and Tourism Design" and to discuss what external and internal factors impacted upon students' learning outcomes. The results show that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and voluntariness have significant influences upon students' learning intentions and there are partially mediating effects among facilitating conditions, inquiry learning approach, and learning outcomes. Finally, after completing the investigated course, most students clearly express that they have learned critical/liberal thinking for the globalized issues of fair trade through the transformative learning of this course.
