摘要

A rhodamine-based fluorescent probe was synthesized using quinoline moiety, and the sensitive and selective detection of Cu2+ ion was investigated by absorption and emission spectroscopy. The optical properties of this compound have been investigated in PBS buffer containing CH3CN/H2O (7: 3 v/v) solution.
