Abstract
以上海申康医院发展中心所属24家市级医院为对象,探索上海市级公立医院内部绩效考核与分配制度改革。初步建立了以“两切断、一转变”为核心、以“八要素”为特征的内部绩效考核指标体系、考核办法和与之相适应的分配制度,突出公立医院的公益性,这将对医院运行及医务人员的医疗行为产生深刻而长远的影响。
