Abstract
骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)是一组造血干细胞异常克隆性疾病,其特征为分化相对成熟的一系或多系骨髓细胞持续克隆性增殖.该病主要包括慢性髓细胞白血病(CML)和Ph MPN.近年文献报道,调节性T细胞(Treg)数量和功能的异常,在MPN的发生、发展中发挥重要作用.因此,笔者拟就Treg的生物学特征及其对MPN患者的作用,CML患者体内Treg数量与CML临床分期、Sokal评分、疗效及BCR-ABL融合基因转录水平的关系,以及Treg在Ph-MPN发病和进展中作用的研究进展进行综述.
