Effect of family nurse coordination on efficacy and self-management of hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore the effect of family nurse coordination on efficacy and self-management of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients with annual income from 2015 to 2017 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 45 patients each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional renal failure nursing.The patients in the observation group were treated with the cooperative relationship nursing of the family members and nurses on the basis of the control group.The differences of renal function, self-management ability, quality of life and dependence between two groups of patients before and after 3 months of nursing were observed. Results After 3 months of nursing, the level of Scr and BUN in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The self-management ability and the quality of life score of the observation group were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the dependence of the observation group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.89%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The cooperative relationship nursing mode of family and nurse can restore the quality of life of patients with hemodialysis, improve its renal function, improve the self-management and self nursing ability of the patients, and have a broad application prospect in clinical.
