摘要

•Four multicopy Y-STRs were characterized and evaluated in China population.•Allele nomenclature and allelic ladder were developed to avoid tying confusion.•Both conservative and expanded methods were applied to call alleles for DYF371.•Haplotype diversity was higher than 0.8 for DYF409S1, DYF411S1 and DYF371.
