Fast Ignition Scheme Fusion using High-Repetition-Rate Laser

摘要
We have proposed a compact fast ignition experiment to initiate a fusion reaction and to clarify its dynamics. A high-repetition-rate intense laser is for the first time used to the fusion research. We talk first about the roadmap to the power plant, the first LD laser application to the neutron generation and then show that the hot electrons deposit energy to the peripheral plasma and also they reach the core to emit X-ray radiations. The results are promising for promoting the laser fusion.
