An Unusual Case of Dyspnea Diagnosed by Point-of-Care Ultrasound

The presenting complaint of shortness of breath is one of the most common reasons for coming to the emergency department (ED). We present an unusual case of shortness of breath in a generally healthy woman in which bedside ultrasound definitively changed case management and likely outcome.
