摘要
In this work, we demonstrate engineered sulfonated polyaniline (SPANI) molecules on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) for high-performance water-based corrosion protective coatings. The corrosion protective efficiency of epoxy resin (EP) coatings with 0.5 wt% as-engineered rGO increased from 44.3% to 98.0% compared with that of pure EP. Moreover, Ecorr and phase angle slightly changed with the extension of immersion period. The results suggest that the introduction of rGO anchored with engineered SPANI into EP could retard or defend permeation of the corrosive moieties from the environment, highlighting its great potential for high-performance corrosion protective applications.
