Abstract
•PDMS membranes were crosslinked with macro-crosslinker OPS.•Homogeneous dispersion of OPS particles and good integration with PDMS was obtained.•OPS enlarged PDMS’ free volume and improved ethanol vapor adsorption amount.•A simultaneous increase in permeation flux and separation factor was obtained.
