Pyroelectric effect in tryglicyne sulphate single crystals – Differential measurement method

•We measured pyroelectric current of TGS samples with 4-electrodes setup.•We proposed mathematical model for explanation of observed switching effect.•We attribute this observation to non-uniform/blurred phase transition in the sample.•Further experiments using the differential method are planned.
