通过对石灰石进行不同粒度下的Bond球磨功指数试验,分析功指数内部参数变化规律,同时将功指数试验转换为工业试验,发现随着磨矿粒度变细,磨矿产能降低,磨机实际单位功耗增加,而功指数并没有明显变化规律,计算单位功耗与实际单位功耗存在一定差异,这种规律和差异值得人们深思和重视.
