Abstract
目的:探讨女性外阴阴道感染性疾病及性传播疾病病原学发病率情况.方法:采集2038例疑似阴道炎患者阴道分泌物,用0.9%氯化钠湿片法和革兰氏染色法显微镜检.结果:不同病原体感染阳性率从高到低依次为细菌性阴道病(22.9%).白色念珠菌(16.3%),支原体(13.4%),阴道毛滴虫(9.7%),淋病奈瑟氏菌(0.6%).结论:通过阴道分泌物常规检测可简便、快速筛查女性性传播疾病及常见外阴、阴道感染性疾病.
