Abstract
建立了烟草中果糖嗪的超声提取工艺和高效液相色谱含量测定方法。提取工艺为:萃取剂为纯水,萃取时间40min,液固比50:3(mL/g)。色谱条件为:分离柱为Waters Carbohydrate Analysis柱(3.9mm×300mm),流动相为乙腈:水(V/V)=80:20,流量1.0mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长275nm,进样体积10μL。结果:标准曲线的相关系数的平方为0.9969,线性范围6~14μg/mL,果糖嗪的平均回收率为98.7%,相对标准偏差RSD均小于3%,检测限为0.5μg/mL,烟草中果糖嗪的质量百分含量约为0.02%,适用于烟草样品中果糖嗪的定量分析。
