Abstract
The machining process of mechanical products is composed of multiple processing states. There are many influence factors in each processing state, and the machining quality is difficult to guarantee. To find out the key processing state and improve it, a processing state evaluation method is needed. Accordingly, this paper describes the processing state of the product. In the same processing state, the eigenvalues of the factors affecting the quality characteristics are calculated and evaluated from whether the distribution law is changed. Between processing states, according to the characteristics of the processing state of the product, the processing network is established. The information entropy and the network structure entropy of each processing network is calculated, and the multi-dimensional entropy space of machining network is constructed. Calculate the entropy change of each processing state, and the product processing network is evaluated. The key processing state of the product is found out, and the processing quality of the product is improved. Finally, an example of globoidal cam is given to verify the proposed method.
