Abstract
目的 了解小儿恶性疟疾肺部X线的表现及特点.方法 收集临床确诊的恶性疟疾小儿病例共137例,观察其肺部X线改变.结果 137例恶性疟疾胸片,113例有异常改变,其中肺纹理增粗54例,肺纹理增粗合并小斑片状模糊影39例,大片状实变15例,两肺门旁对称翼状阴影5例.结论 小儿恶性疟疾肺部X线改变呈多样性,好发于肺下野中外带,抗疟治疗吸收快,疟疾患者应常规行胸部X线检查.
