摘要
•Ginger-degraded collagen hydrolysate (GDCH) contained X-Hyp-Gly-type tripeptides.•GDCH increased alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of MC3T3-E1 pre-osteoblasts.•X-Hyp-Gly enhanced ALP activity, mineralization, and collagen secretion of MC3T3-E1.•The osteogenic activities of X-Hyp-Gly were suggested to be exerted within the cell.
