摘要
“Whatu0027s in a name? That which we call a rose—By any other name would smell as sweet,” Shakespeare wrote in his famous play Romeo and Juliet (II, ii, 1–2). This may be true from a poetic point of view for roses, but we also know how it ended for Romeo and Juliet. When it comes to classification of headache disorders nomenclature, it is crucial for research and clinical practice. In this issue of Neurology® , Probyn et al.1 describe prognostic factors for chronic headache, by means of an extensive systematic review. The enormous amount of work that went into producing this article, as well as its methodologic quality, are to be appreciated. Twenty-seven of 16,556 identified titles were included in the review (17 prospective cohorts and 10 randomized controlled trials with subgroup analyses reported).
