Studies on the tyrosine-based polyphosphate antitumor drugs

New polyphosphate antitumor durgs containing 5-Fu or MTX were synthesized by macromolecular reaction of polyphosphates with the corresponding drug molecules. All these polyphosphates obtained are amphiphilic, some of them have micelle-forming properties. The hydrolysis and in vitro drug release properties of these polyphosphates were studied. The in vitro antitumor activity data showed that some of these polyphosphates exhibit good antitumor activity.
