Abstract
Objective Uterin and ovarian artery hemodynamics was observed in normal ovulatory cycle of procreative women, in order to get blood stream parameter to estimate pelvic disease. Methods With transviginal color Doppler flow image(TV-CDFI), to evaluate systolic maximal velocity(Vs), end-diastolic velocity(Vd),S/D radio and resistance index (RI) of uterine and ovarian artery in the follicular growth phase, follicular adult phase, and luteal phase. Results The lowest RI of uterine artery was during the atrophy luteal phase ( 0.76± 0.08,P 0.001),and that of ovarian artery was during the luteal phase (RI= 0.49± 0.08, P 0.05).The highest RI of ovarian artery was obtained during the atrophy luteal phase(RI= 0.56± 0.08).Conclusions Blood flow of uterine and ovarian artery changes periodically in healthy procreate women who have normal ovulatory cycle. There is significant correlation between blood stream and function condition in uterine and ovraian artery.
