Abstract
系统研究了900℃高温下,与SiC球对磨时,PTA-WC-1、HS-2、HT-3等材料的耐高温摩擦磨损性能.测量了高温摩擦磨损试验前后材料表面硬度、摩擦因数的变化;利用体视显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)观察了磨痕形貌和深度;通过X射线能谱(EDX)分析了磨痕残留物成分.发现PTA-WC-1在硬度、磨痕深度和摩擦因数上的表现均劣于其他2种材料.其显微形貌和成分分析表明,正是高温下疏松易剥离的氧化层影响了材料的耐磨损性能.
