目的探讨电针中膂俞抑制膀胱活动亢进的传入神经机制.方法应用免疫组织化学方法及图象分析技术,定量观察电针中膂俞对活动亢进膀胱传入神经递质SP和CGRP的动态作用过程.结果和结论电针中膂俞中可抑制膀胱传入末梢SP和CGRP的释放与合成,降低膀胱传入神经的过度兴奋,从而起到抑制膀胱活动亢进的作用.
