Abstract
目的:提高复方西羚解毒片(金银花、连翘等)的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中的连翘、牛蒡子、甘草3味药材进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法对方中金银花的绿原酸成分进行含量测定.结果:薄层色谱特征斑点明显,绿原酸HPLC含量测定方法可行.结论:该方法能较好地控制产品质量.
