牛头山水电站双曲拱坝设计坝高108 m,其坝址河谷呈V形,有良好的建坝条件,但基础左坝肩、右坝肩均存在断层和深部裂隙等地质缺陷,成为工程的隐患.本文利用三维非线性有限元法对坝体及基础进行数值模拟分析,考虑各种地质缺陷及其组合对坝体及基础应力位移的影响,找到最不利的因素,并利用超载分析寻求大坝的极限荷载和破坏机理,为如何对牛头山双曲拱坝左、右坝肩基础进行处理提供可靠根据.
